As of May 25 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into effect, affecting users in the European Union. As defined by Council of the European Union, Interinstitutional File: 2012/0011 (COD):“The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA). It also addresses the export of personal data outside the EU and EEA areas. The GDPR aims primarily to give control to citizens and residents over their personal data and to simplify the regulatory environment for international business by unifying the regulation within the EU.”

Our relationship with you is fundamentally based on consent. We do not collect or use your data without your consent. As a result, we have included this page to inform users of this change in EU privacy regulation. In order to use this service, we are required to access certain information upon the signup process. If you chose not to consent to these terms, we will grant you a period of 15 business days from the moment you sign in to move your funds into separate digital wallets of your choosing. Please, send a message to support@adgram.io.

As a natural person, you have a right to:

  3. restrict processing of your personal data;
  4. request a copy of your personal data.

AdGram may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including for the purpose of meeting national security or law enforcement requirements. We may also disclose personal data to other third parties when compelled to do so by government authorities or required by law or regulation including, but not limited to, in response to court orders and subpoenas.

We will retain the personal information in a form that identifies you pursuant to our data retention periods in Retention above. We may continue processing such personal information for longer periods, but only for the time and to the extent such processing reasonably serves the purposes of statistical analysis, and subject to the protection of our privacy disclosures. After such time periods have expired, we may either delete your personal information or retain it in a form such that it does not identify you personally.

AdGram takes very seriously the security and privacy of the personal information that it collects. Accordingly, we will implement reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, taking into account the risks involved in processing and the nature of such data, and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
